Development of Faisal Town Phase 2 Likely to Start in October 2023

As per the latest updates, a small site office is also developed at Faisal Town Phase 2 location. Furthermore, several construction machines are also deployed here, that are leveling the ground for construction.

Therefore, so much time and effort are required to level the land area. Recently, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, the CEO of Zedem International and Faisal Town Group, held a site visit with the authorized sales partners and realtors community. There he briefed them about the development of Faisal Town Phase 2.
Mr. Majeed told the real estate community, that the ground leveling work is already underway in Faisal Town Phase 2. The formal development of Faisal Town Phase 2 will start in October of 2023, he added further. This is indeed good news for investors and home-builders, who have booked their plots in this emerging housing project. It is also worth mentioning here, that the developers have already acquired the land on M-2 Motorway, and Faisal Town Phase 2 will have a 10 KM front on M-2 Motorway.
