Development Formally Starts Again in ICHS Town Islamabad
ICHS Town or Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society is a widespread housing project present close to Islamabad International Airport and Fateh Jang Road. The development pace of this project is rather slow, compared to other cooperative housing projects in the area. The development was stopped here for a long time, however, now the development has kicked off again. The site office has also been inaugurated in the society, now; different operations will be carried out from here. The good news for the members of ICHS Town is that the official and proper development has been initiated throughout the project.
Furthermore, the administration of ICHS Town Islamabad also announced that the possession of plots would start in 3 months. Therefore, the members who have cleared their payment will be rewarded with possession shortly. A large number of construction machinery has been transported to the site, and they are deployed at different points within ICHS Town.
Aside from this, the developers have also started working on bringing the basic and advanced amenities of life to ICHS Town. This means that water, gas, and electricity will be available to people as the development progresses further. The plot prices of this society are also expected to rise as development continues, and plots will be available at higher rates. Currently, the developers are expanding the main boulevard and developing the avenues.
The president of ICHS also said that a new policy will be followed now, and possessions will be handed over to the rightful owners in parts of the society that are developed.
