Park View City Islamabad has made some important announcements amid coronavirus crisis causing severe economic fallout. The society has announced some time-bound incentives and discounts in order to facilitate its members, specifically those who have outstanding dues on their plots. Members can avail this limited time offer to save a sizable amount on their total cost.
According to the announcement, following decisions have been taken to facilitate the members:
- Late payment surcharge has been waived off
- 5% discount on payment of outstanding amount
- 10% discount on advance payment of future installments
Please note that discount offers are valid till 30th of April, 2020.
If you are unable to pay your installments due to the prevailing “force majeur” affecting your finances, the society has allowed you to delay your payments without incurring any surcharge. Moreover, those who can pay their dues within given deadline will get attractive discounts.
You do not need to visit society office to pay your dues. You can simply deposit your payments online to the registered bank accounts of the society, and share receipt so that it is updated in your accounts statement.
