Commoners Sky Gardens Flower Valley has announced its balloting date via newspaper advertisement published on 17th of February 2015 in Daily Jang.
It has been more than a year since its members are waiting to get plot numbers, however the society was unable to meet their deadlines due to a couple of issues including its NOC and layout plan approval.
Commoners Flower Valley recently launched bookings of additional plots on installments where revised prices were implemented and bookings are still available with 3.5 year installment plan.
The announced date for balloting is 28th of February, 2015. The balloting will be held at the project site of Flower Valley in Sky Gardens at 1:00 PM.
Those who have paid 4 quarterly installments will be eligible to be included in the balloting, therefore the society has announced last date for submission of due installments i.e. 23rd February 2015. After the last date, list of members will be prepared who have paid their due installments and they will be included for balloting. Remaining members won’t be able to get plot numbers through this balloting until they pay off their due installments.
