CEO Zedem Announces the Launch Date of Faisal Town New Project
As per the latest updates, the CEO of Zedem International has announced the launch date of the Faisal Town New Project. It will be officially launched on 12th October 2022.
An event was held for the meeting of real estate experts with the CEO of Faisal Hills on 28th September 2022, where Chaudry Abdul Majeed made this exciting announcement. Furthermore, he released some details about the project.
Faisal Town PVT Ltd has already purchased the land for the development of these new residential projects in 4 different areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. However, the exact location and name of this project are to be finalized. As per the news speculating in the real estate sectors, this new project will be called Faisal Meadows, but it is not confirmed yet.
There is not much detail available for this upcoming project, but according to experts, this project will be located in the Khairi Morat area of Attock District. Other speculations suggest that it will be located between Grand Trunk Road and Motorway. However, Chaudry Abdul Majeed clarified in a video message that there are 4 locations under consideration.
Also, this new project of Zedem International will carry the tradition of providing affordable yet luxury housing and investment opportunities to the general public. The CEO stated that this upcoming project will be designed and developed, particularly for the middle class of the twin cities.
