CDA to Hold Open Auction of Commercial Plots of Islamabad’s Developed Areas
In the latest news, Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to hold an open auction of commercial plots in different developed areas of Islamabad. CDA’s open auction of commercial plots will be held at the end of May 2023 and a large number of commercial plots will be auctioned off.
CDA’s open auction of commercial plots will include plots from different developed areas and also from the Blue Area, one of the most demanded commercial and corporate areas of the federal capital. It is an excellent investment opportunity for people of twin cities to get their hands on the most demanded plots of the federal capital.
CDA’s Open Auction of Commercial Plots – Dates
Capital Development Authority has announced the dates for this commercial auction as follows:
- 29th May 2023
- 30th May 2023
- 31st May 2023
It will be a multiple-day event as mentioned above, and interested people can take part in the auction, on any of the above-mentioned dates. Furthermore, the auction will formally start at 10 a.m. in the morning. This will be a grand auction event held by Capital Development Authority. Furthermore, it will be held at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad.

Plots from the following areas will be presented for auction in this 3-day event:
- Blue Area
- Park Enclave
- Class 3 Shopping Center
- Agro Farms
- E-11 Northern Strip
- E-11/F-11, Canopy side/Marquee
- Commercials of different Marakaz
- Industrial Area

Purchasers can pay the total amount in installments, the plan for 1000 yards plots is for 3 years, whereas the plan for 300 yards plots is 4 years and 3000+ yards is 5 years respectively.
