CDA to Auction Islamabad’s Premium Commercial Plots in October 2024
Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced a grand auction of premium commercial plots located in the premises of Islamabad to be held in October 2024. There are several categories of plots in developed sectors of Islamabad to be auctioned including blue area commercial plots, agro farms, markaz commercial plots, motel plots, industrial plots, and class III shopping center plots etc.
Auction brochures can be obtained from CDA one window directorate, as well as from designated branches of MCB, HBL, UBL, Askari Bank, Bank of Punjab from 5th of September, 2024.
The grand auction is scheduled to be held on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October, 2024 at Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. The auction will start at10:00 AM in the morning.
All Pakistani citizens including overseas Pakistanis can participate in this auction. There is about a month’s time left in the auction so you have ample time to obtain the brochure and do your proper homework before participating in the auction.
There are some special incentives and initiatives offered by CDA for this particular auction, such as:
- Payment Schedule of Plots has been increased to 2 years payment plan.
- A facilitation team has been formed to guide the investors during the process
- Building plan will be approved after the first 25% payment
- No charges will be levied by CDA for Site Office during the approved construction period
- 10% discount will be available on complete payment of plot within 30 days of successful bid
- 5% additional rebate (discount) on payment in USD currency through banking channels
