CDA to Auction High Value Commercial Plots in Islamabad in March 2018
Capital Development Authority has published an advertising in local newspapers announcing the grand open auction of commercial plots of varied sizes and categories in developed and running commercial areas of Islamabad. The auction will be held on 13th, 14th and 15th March, 2018 at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad at 10:00 AM.
CDA has also published the categories of subject commercial plots, which are listed below:
- Apartments Plots
- Diplomatic Enclave Commercial Plots
- Hotel Plots
- Hospital Plots
- Petrol Pump Plots
- Industrial Plots
- Class 3 Shopping Center Plots
- Blue Area Commercial Plots
CDA has not given any further details as to the possible location of certain categories i.e. apartments, class 3 shopping centers, hotels/hospitals and petrol pump plots. As per our understanding, CDA will sell various plots in main markaz and small commercial areas in sub-sectors of G & F sectors like G11 & F11, as well as some commercial plots in I-14 and I-16 may also be included in this auction.
CDA commercials have always proven to be high value assets, so this is a golden opportunity for investors to participate in the auction and place their best bid for the desirable plots.
