CDA has finally conducted computerized balloting for the applications received against the offer to get plots in lieu of flats in sector I-15 Islamabad. Since CDA is no longer offering flats in this sector, those who were given flats initially are either going to get refund of their money or get plots in same sector through computerized balloting.
Balloting was held of 14th April 2016 & result is available online. You can simply log on to the following page & enter your application number that was initially given to you on your offer/intimation letter in 2005:

Those who come out successful in the balloting can have a sigh of relief as they have been able to get some return now, however those who are not successful, they have no option but to get refund of their devalued money which is an example of malpractice on behalf of CDA.
