Zarkon Heights” is located in Sector G-15 along the gate of Jammu & Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society on G-T road Islamabad. The booking of apartments was offered to general public through installments. CDA had issued them NOC in February 2010 for construction of Medium Rise Apartments I.e. (G+9) in its Blocks A and B.

CDA had cancelled the NOC of Zarkon Heights earlier in 2014 due to non-compliance of CDA policies, but the builders continued their development work and managed to get the NOC restored after due compliance of CDA instructions. Its NOC number is CDA/ARCH-6(ZH)/P-ZH/G-15/2017/25, that can be verified from capital development authority.

Tower A of Zarkon heights is livable and ready for possessions, while tower B is near completion. The builders have expanded their project and launched 4 new residential towers which are currently available for booking.
