CDA has issued a notice regarding a residential apartments project namely “Galaxy Heights” by KPZ Builders in Bahria Paradise, GT Road Zone 5, Islamabad. The project was launched in February 2020 along with other commercial projects by the same builder at same location by the names of “Galaxy Mall” and “Galaxy Riveria”.
According to the CDA Notice, the project “Galaxy Heights” is being advertised and developed without prior approval from the authority. The builder “KPZ” is directed to submit requisite documents at CDA for scrutiny in order to get formal approval.
CDA has directed the builder to refrain from marketing and development of the project until the approval is granted. In case of non-compliance by the builder, legal action may be taken by the authority.
