CDA Launches Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase-1 in Islamabad
News: As per the directions of the Federal Government, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced a housing project named Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase-1 in the capital city, Islamabad. According to CDA, it is an affordable yet luxury apartment complex, especially for Overseas Pakistanis.
This state-of-the-art apartment project is situated at an ideal location in the federal capital; it lies on the main Lehtrar Road, in CDA Zone 4 of Islamabad. Overseas Pakistanis can book their apartments through an all-online application procedure. The online applications for Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase-1 will be open from 25 February and will remain open till 31 March 2023.

It is worth mentioning that this apartment scheme is only for the overseas community. So, Pakistanis living abroad with valid NICOP and Pakistan Origin Cards are eligible for this scheme. Payments will be accepted in US Dollars only, and CDA as well as the central government will oversee the procedure. Interested Overseas Pakistanis are advised to visit the CDA official website for further information, brochure, and application forms for the project.

Nilore Apartments are being offered on 3 years easy installments plan. These are 2 bed apartments measuring 779 sqft each, and total price of an apartment is 7875000 PKR only. This means that per square foot price is 10,000/- PKR for Nilore apartments.

The computerized ballot of this project will be held online on April 15, 2023. This project is approved by Capital Development Authority and only Overseas Pakistanis are eligible to apply for bookings. The officials of CDA and the Federal Government stated that projects like these will be established in different areas of the twin cities to boost foreign investments and increase the forex reserves.
