Capital Development Authority Increases Plot Possession Charges
Capital Development Authority Board recently held a meeting to revise possession charges of plots in the federal capital Islamabad. CDA has dramatically increased the plot possession charges in the sectoral areas of Islamabad.
The revised possession charges in CDA Sectors are as follows:
- The charges of 4 Marla plots have been increased from 1 Thousand rupees to 50 Thousand Rupees.
- 5 Marla handover charges have been increased from 2 Thousand rupees to 75 Thousand Rupees
- The possession of 6 Marla have been increased to 1 Lac Rupees
- Similarly, the possession charges of 7 and 8 Marla plots have been increased to 1 Lac 25 Thousand Rupees.
- 10 Marla revised possession charges will be 1 Lac 50 Thousand Rupees from now on.
- The possession charges of 12 Marla plots have been increased to 1 Lac 75 Thousand Rupees.
- 1 Kanal possession charges will be 3 Lac Rupees as per recent revision.
That’s not all! The CDA management also advised the member planning, Member State, and member Finance to revise the development charges. This means that the development charges in the sectoral areas of Islamabad will be increased as well. The official orders from CDA will be issued soon.
