CDA is planning to develop 5 new residential sectors and an industrial zone in Islamabad. The news published in Daily Jinnah on 16th April,2014 reads that CDA is conducting topographic survey of new residential sectors and more than 70% work has been done already.
According to details, CDA is planning to develop 5 new residential sectors i.e. C-14, C-15, C-16, I-12 and I-15. Topographic survey of I-12 and I-15 has been completed whereas the survey of C-14, C-15 and C-16 is underway.
CDA is also planning to develop an industrial zone in Sectors I-16 and I-17, for which it has completed topographic survey. CDA is expected to call for bids soon for the tender of construction work from contractors in this regard.
