CDA Changes Sector I-15 Islamabad Layout Plan
According to the latest news, Capital Development Authority (CDA) changed the layout plan of Sector I-15 Islamabad. According to CDA, the reason behind changing this layout was the poor performance of the planning wing.
CDA has removed 131 residential plots from the sector. However, new plots are provided in the layout plan in place of the eliminated plots. This change has greatly affected the owners and they are concerned about their plots. Most customers are facing difficulty in identifying and getting their plots.
Customers say that Sector I-15 was launched 16 years ago, back in the year 2005. CDA allotted the plots at that time and now they have changed the layout plan and removed 131 plots from the sector. The removed plots belong to streets 38, 39, 40, 66, 97, 98, and street 99.
On the other hand, the planning wing of CDA clarified that difficulties at the time of initial allotment led to errors in the layout plan. However, new plots will be allotted to affected customers. The state management will allot the new plots in a lucky draw. The case is now overseen by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
