CBRECHS has published some important notices in local newspapers regarding payment of outstanding charges, and upcoming balloting of plots at Prime Block in CBR Town Phase 2 Islamabad. The society has given deadlines to its old and news members who have not paid their due installments of cost of land as per schedule, failing which the society will impose revised prices on such files, and the members will have to pay as per new prices.
The balloting of residential plots at Prime Block will be conducted on 15th January 2019. The members who have not paid their due installments on time have been given deadline till 31st December 2018 to clear their outstanding payments, otherwise their files will not be included in the ballot.

As per the notice, the members should pay their outstanding cost of land before 31st December 2018 via payorder/demand draft at the society office in order to be included in the balloting.
Earlier in November 2018, the society had published a notice for old allottees of CBR Phase 2 who had paid minimal amounts in the past. The society had given them deadline of 30th November 2018 to pay off their outstanding payments, otherwise the society will impose revised rates on their files, or they will be shifted to CBR Phase 3 at Chakri or Rawat.

Those who have paid off given amounts before 30th of November 2018, have now been asked to pay off remaining cost of land charges by 31st of December 2018 in order to continue old payment plan.
Regarding the allottees of old blocks i.e. A to E and Executive blocks, the society has asked those members to pay off their utility charges according to the schedule given to them so that development work can be completed on time.
