Capital Smart City has decided to extend the deadline for clearance of outstanding installments in order to be eligible for the upcoming location ballot in November 2019. Earlier, the announced deadline to clear outstanding dues was 15th of October, 2019.
A large number of members, especially those who have files in Overseas Block, are rushing to pay off their dues in order to get included in the first location ballot. In order to facilitate as many members as possible, the society has announced an extension of about 2 weeks in the deadline.
As per the latest letter issued by FDHL, members can now pay off at least 40% of their dues by or before 2nd of November, 2019 in order to get acknowledgment receipt for the location ballot.

Please note that the location ballot will include members of Overseas Block & Executive Block only. If you have a file in General Block, you have to pay at least 50% of total plot price and covert your file into Executive Block in order to be eligible for ballot.
