Balloting and Plot Selection
According to the latest news, Capital Smart City announced the Balloting dates and selection of plots in the Overseas Central Block. Furthermore, keeping in view the convenience of members, the management of society has also extended the date for the issuance of the Acknowledgement Receipt. One month has been extended and members who were left out can get the issuance for their plots.

Capital Smart City has released the latest master plan map of “Overseas Central Block”. As the selection process is starting soon, the map will be sent to the eligible members to choose their plots within given deadline.

Overseas Central Balloting Date
In addition to this, the balloting date was also announced. The balloting will take place on 12 March 2022. The management of the project advised the members to complete the plot section in the given time frame; otherwise, they will be left out. Keep in mind that the deadline will not be extended again under any circumstances.

Overseas Central Plot Selection
Following dates are announced by the society for the selection of plots:
- Members who purchased plots in 2018 and 2019 are eligible for the selection of plots. They are requested to visit the head office for the selection of the plot from 14 February 2022 to 20 February (Sunday will be treated as a working day).
- Similarly, members who purchased plots in 2020 and 2021 are advised by the head office from 21 February 2022 to 27 February 2022 for plot selection.
- Overseas members will do the selection through email. They are advised to select at least five options to avoid any mishaps.
Note: This notification is only for members who are mentioned in the previous notice with ref no: FDHL/M & S/08/21/0418.
