Capital Smart City Islamabad is a rapidly developing housing project of HRL on main Chakri Road and Motorway M-2 Islamabad. The society is making strides towards early delivery of plots in Overseas and Executive Blocks, hence some new sectors in Overseas Block 1 are being handed over to members with immediate effect.
According to a circular issued by Capital Smart City, the society has handed over possession of plots in the following sectors of Overseas Block 1.
- Overseas Block -1, Sector C
- Overseas Block -1, Sector D
- Overseas Block -1, Sector E
- Overseas Block -1, Sector G
- Overseas Block -1, Sector H
- Overseas Block -1, Sector J
- Overseas Block -1, Sector K
Please note that the society has already handed over possessions to members in Sector A and Sector B of Overseas Block 1. The allottees of above listed new blocks can contact Capital Smart City head office for more information regarding schedule of development charges, extra land charges and special category charges.
Following is the schedule of additional charges:
- Utility charges will be payable at the time of taking possession
- Extra land charges will be payable in 4 quarterly installments
- Special Category charges will be payable in 4 quarterly installments
Please note that first 25 members of each block who start construction of their houses will avail 50% discount in development charges. Development charges will start immediately after taking possession. Half waiver of development charges will be given after completion of foundation work, and half waiver will be given after completion of house.
The management of Capital Smart City has also extended facility of architecture (by DSA) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) drawing to the members for villas design. It will save approximately 250,000 PKR to 500,000 PKR to members depending on size of property.
