Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has recently published a notice to warn general public against Bin Alam Housing Scheme located at Katar Band Road, Mouza Niaz Baig, Lahore. Through a public notice, LDA has asked general public to refrain from any sale purchase activity in the subject housing project until it is duly approved by the authority.
According to the notice, Bin Alam Housing Scheme has not received approval from LDA and it has started sales and advertisement of its project without fulfilling the pre-requisites. LDA claims to have initiated legal action against the developers, and general public has been warned through this public notice not to indulge in any sale purchase activity.
