Bahria Town Karachi has announced a new surcharge waiver policy which applies to all residential and commercial projects of Bahria Town in Karachi. Earlier, Bahria Town had been announcing surcharge waiver policies for individual projects, but this new policy offers an opportunity to get 100% of your file surcharges waived-off by paying off due installments of your active files by 15th May 2018.
It is important to mention here that Bahria Town is conducting computerized balloting for plot numbers of all old un-balloted files of Bahria Town Karachi on 10th May 2018. File owners can pay off their due installments by 7th May 2018 to get plot number on 10th May, and simultaneously their surcharges will be waived off as per this new policy.
The new surcharge waiver policy applies to all new and old residential and commercial plots, homes, apartments, farm houses, big commercial plots, high-rise projects (icon tower, tariq road tower etc), and all other projects launched in Karachi by Bahria Town.
If you have paid off your due installments already, and you are seeing surcharges on your account statement, you can simply intimate Bahria Town about your file, and your surcharges will be waived off automatically.
