Bahria Town Karachi Announces 100% Refund Policy for Disputed Files
Bahria Town Karachi has announced its new refund policy for all disputed and non-possession file holders of Bahria Town Karachi. The affectees of Bahria Town Karachi will be able to get 100% refund of their paid amount after submitting application for refund and surrendering their file.
The refund policy applies to all disputed precincts of Bahria Paradise, Bahria Sports City, and other non-possession/disputed precincts including old btk precincts and valley block.
The refund policy will also be applicable with immediate effect to all blocked/cancelled files, but only 75% amount will be refunded after deduction.
Following precincts are partially or fully non-possession/disputed:
- Precinct 23A
- Precinct 25A
- Precinct 26A
- Precinct 28
- Precinct 29, 32, 33 (A,B,C,D)
- Precinct 32
- Precinct 33
- Precinct 40 to Precinct 45
- Precinct 46
- Precinct 48
- Precinct 51
- Precinct 52
- Precinct 53
- Precinct 54
- Precinct 55
- Precinct 56
- Precinct 57
- Precinct 58
- Valley Block (A, B, C, D)
If you want to avail this 100% refund option, you will need to follow the procedure given below:
- Log on to https://refund.bahriatown.com
- Enter your registration number and cnic number
- Enter Captcha Code and press register
- You will then need to fill out the refund application form (pic attached above)
- Enter your particulars, file details and paid amounts in your file
- Upload scanned copy of original allotment letter/transfer receipt
- After entering complete details, press submit
Once you submit your refund application through online portal, your job is done. Bahria Town will contact you and intimate the date when you will need to visit Bahria Town Head Office and submit your original file along with all original receipts.
After you submit your documents, you will be handed over your receipt. Your post-dated check of 100% amount will be handed over or dispatched to your address after 4 weeks. The post-dated check will be valid after 3 to 4 months.
No walk-in customer will be entertained for refund due to a large number of refund applications
If you are an Overseas Member of Bahria Town, you can authorize somebody in Pakistan to do this procedure for you by giving them Power of Attorney.
The decision was taken in the wake of rising unrest in the thousands of affectees and continuous protests against Bahria Town Karachi which badly damaged its reputation.

This may be a good news for some affectees who purchased at negative or level prices, however there is a large number of such affectees who purchased plots from market at higher rates.
Those who are losing too much in case of refund should not go for this option. They should continue to demand relocation and possession of their plots. Bahria Town will ultimately offer some different compensation to those who persist on possessions.
