Bahria Town has been giving advertisements in the newspapers for the awareness of general public that it has not launched any new housing project apart from Bahria Town Karachi.
There had been rumors coming in the market that bahria town would be launching its Peshawar or Nawabshah project on February 28th 2014, but Bahria Town denounced this rumor.
According to the officials of Bahria Town, there are new housing projects in the pipeline. The projects are currently in the planning stage, and these projects will be launched after their planning and feasibility is prepared by the planning wing of Bahria Town.
There are rumors for many projects which include projects in Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Nawabshah and Sukkur. Our of these expected projects, Bahria Town has confirmed just four projects in its advertisement.
1- Bahria Town Nawabshah
2- Bahria Town Sukkur
3- Bahria Town Hyderabad
4- Bahria Town Peshawar
It has come into the notice of Bahria Town that some people are booking plots in the above mentioned future projects, which is a fraud to general public being done under the name of Bahria Town. Therefore, the public notices have been published in newspapers, as well as in the offices of Bahria Town where general public is warned not to fall victim to these booking scams.
The notice also reads that Bahria Town reserves the right to take legal action against the people misleading general public by using its brand name. It further reads that any future project launch will be disclosed through newspaper advertisements only.
Bahria town clearly states that the booking is open for the overseas block in bahria town karachi only, no other project launched yet.
