Bahria Town Karachi has announced a 100% surcharge waiver policy for active files of Bahria Sports City Karachi. Active files mean all those files which have 3 or more installments paid till date, as bahria town has already canceled all those files which had less than 3 installments paid.
According to the notice, Bahria Town will waive off 100% surcharge of all those files which are updated by 31st January 2018. This offer applies on residential plots as well as 350 sqy villas.
It is a good opportunity for those who have heavy surcharges on their files. Just pay all due installments by 31st January 2018, and get your 100% surcharge waived off.
