Bahria Sports City Karachi Balloting Date Announced
Update: As per latest news from bahria town, sports city balloting will be held on 5th November 2016.
Bahria Town Karachi has announced the balloting date for the members of Bahria Sports City Plots and Villas. The computerized balloting will held on 30th September 2016 so all members who have submitted their installments timely will be eligible to get their plots & villa numbers.
As per earlier announcement, the balloting was supposed to be held after first installment. But now the date is given after the due date of 2nd installment which is 15th September 2016. So, members will need to submit their 2nd installment on time in order to be included in the balloting.
We had given out the masterplan of Bahria Sports City earlier, which shows that the project lies after precinct 31 which is quite far away from Highway entrance. However, exact location and precincts will be announced after the balloting which maybe different after the rumors of illegal land in Bahria Town which most people claim to lie in the proposed area of sports city.
Many new precincts have already been added after the balloting held on 15th August i.e. precinct 32, 33, so we can expect some new precincts this time for residential plots and villas which constitute sports city.
Currently prices of sports city are going negative, so this may be a good opportunity to buy only those files which are properly submitted on time with one installment,and submit 2nd installment on time so that inclusion in balloting can be ensured.
