Another issue arises for Bahria Town after the launch of Rose Garden Block at the location of Awami Villas 3 Apartments. We had also shared details of Bahria Town’s policy to issue merger certificates against awami villas 3 files as an attempt to mitigate the resentment of after the launch of Rose Garden
Bahria Town has apparently failed to resolve the concerns of disgruntled members of Awami Villas 3, who seem to settle down at nothing less than construction and possession of their apartments. There were reportedly several talks of affectees with bahria town’s management after the announcement of Rose Garden, but the issue couldn’t be resolved.
The aggrieved members lodged a protest last week against Bahria Town, and demanded justice from Mr. Malik Riaz. The protesters were holding different banners and they demonstrated peacefully against this new launch of plots at the same location of their would-be apartments.
Our purpose of highlighting this protest is just to support the cause of the affectees of awami villas 3, who have been waiting for past 13 years to get their own apartment for residence. It doesn’t imply that Rose Garden is a risky investment, or Bahria will backtrack on this new launch, as they have many other alternatives at hand which can solace the affectees.
We hope that Bahria Town will understand the genuine issue of people, who need home rather than an investment option. Many files of Awami 3 have already been shifted to orchard, and many investors have opted for merger certificates, now bahria town should manage to build apartments for the leftover members so that nobody feel maltreated in Bahria Town.
