Is DHA Gandhara (Phase 9) strictly a long-term file game or will we see official launch and balloting in 2026?

Everyone is hyping DHA Gandhara near the Chakri motorway as the next big thing because of the ‘DHA’ tag. I am being offered a 1 Kanal file at a very decent price right now.
​But looking at DHA Valley’s history, I am scared. Is Gandhara land actually acquired (100% ownership) by DHA, or are we buying litigation issues? I want to park my pension money here, but I can’t afford a 10-year wait like DHA Valley victims. Is this project a priority launch for DHA in 2026?

Dha Gandhara Lake District is officially launching its phase 1 over 32000 kanals of land in first quarter of 2026, most probably in January 2026. 1 kanal official lumpsum price is likely around 1.40 crore for 1 kanal plots, while smaller plots will also be officially launched.
