I want to buy a residential plot with easy installments plan in a legal housing society near islamabad airport. can anyone tell me where i can find good option where my money is safe and no legal issues or scam. most of private scheme are scammers, and mostly they don’t have land. I need some good advice pls.
There are plenty of options where you can buy plots on installments, but only a few have legimitate land ownership & strong background that you can trust.
If you have higher budget, you can consider buying in any project of DHA. There are options in DHA Phase 4 which includes Sector D, River View North & River View South. Also you have installment options in DHA Phase 6 B3 Kanal Plots & the new booking of Margallla Enclave but its too expensive (e.g. 1.5+ crore for 5 marla plots).
If you want something in normal budget, y8u can consider Faisal Town Phase 2, Top City-1 Annex Block, Capital Smart City Phase 2 & 3, and also Faisal Hills.
