Will Rudn Enclave really benefit from the ongoing progress on Rawalpindi Ring Road?
Rawalpindi Ring Road activity is increasing and we heard that new deadline for completion is March 2026. Rudn Enclave sits right along its corridor and they claim accessibiliy from both interchanges on Adyala and Chakri Roads. I’m trying to understand if this major development will finally push its prices in 2026 or if it’s still a long-term wait.
