i want to ask that new booking of margalla enclave is too high, like 1 kanal plot price is 6.5 crore with 3 years plan, but old booking price was 5 crore. is it better to buy old file with some profit or new booking will have some advantage. please reply soon, today is the last day of booking.. thanks
New bookings are too expensive, i.e. 30% higher than old rates. If you can afford to pay a bit higher amount upfront, its advisable to go for older bookings by paying prevailing premium above paid amount. You will save a lot of money if you buy a resale option.
If you cannot afford higher price upfront, you have no other option but to go for new bookings. Your cost will be higher so you wont be able to sell easily anytime soon, but you will have flexible payment terms.
So only go for new booking if you really want to hold for a couple of years. Background, Location & other features of this place are unmatched, so you must go for margalla enclave if your budget allows you.
