Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi has announced the closure of its RDDF discount forms after several months of discount-policy extensions. The current policy not only offers substantial savings on development charges, it also allows eligible members to revert their development charges rate to the previous schedule if they missed payments and were moved to the revised rates.
As per the announcement, existing members can avail the RDDF discounts until 7 November 2025. The rate-reversal option will also end on the same date. After the deadline, development charges will be payable at the new published rates, and no discounts will be offered by the society.
Members who are already paying their development charges and still have an outstanding balance should consider using this discount to clear their dues for maximum benefit. Those who are not currently paying should consider making a discounted payment and applying for a rate reversal before the deadline to avoid further escalation in charges.
