The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued a strict “Final Notice” to the allottees of Sectors F-14 and F-15. This notice serves as a strong indicator that physical development on the ground is moving at an accelerated pace.
As previously reported, the formal development contract has been awarded to the National Logistics Cell (NLC), and machinery is actively mobilized.
Because FGEHA operates fundamentally as a self-finance institution on a cost-to-cost basis, the timely completion of the project and the handover of possessions rely entirely on the timely payment of installments by the allottees.
Key Directives from the Notice:
- Allottees who were issued letters on January 22, 2026, directing them to clear their 3rd installment by January 30, 2026, but have failed to do so, are strictly instructed to submit their outstanding dues immediately.
- Failure to cooperate and clear these dues will result in the immediate cancellation of the plot allotment as per FGEHA rules and regulations.
For investors actively trading in the F-14 and F-15 market, it is highly critical to verify the payment ledger of any file or plot before purchasing to ensure no cancellation notices are pending.
This strict administrative action guarantees that development funds remain uninterrupted, which is ultimately beneficial for the long-term capital growth of these premium sectors.
