The E-11 Northern Strip is being promoted as a developing commercial opportunity within the capital city. The event is organized in collaboration with Golden Investment Opportunities in Islamabad.
Prospective investors can expect several benefits, including a leasing facility and the approval of building plans upon making a 25% payment. Possession of the acquired properties is offered upon payment of 75% of the total amount. Further incentives include a 5% discount for full payment and an additional 5% discount for payments made in dollars.
