During an event organized for the pre-launch announcement of the “Ring Road Block“, Rudn Enclave successfully conducted the “long-awaited” computerized “Ballot of H Block“. All 5 marla eligible plot files of H block have been included in the ballot for plot numbers, and the ballot result can be checked online on the official website.
The H Block is part of General Block that lies next to Rawalpindi Ring Road alignment & can be accessed from the first entrance of Rudn Enclave Society on Adyala Road. While the H block seems to have all residential plot sizes as per the older master plan of General Block, but the society has sold just the 5 marla residential plots in H Block, and same have been included in the ballot.
The eligibility criteria for the ballot had already been announced: members who had paid at least 75% of their plot price were eligible for plot numbers, while those who had paid 100% were eligible for good location plots (e.g., corner, park-facing, or main road).
Once you open the results’ page, you will need to enter your CNIC Number and your file registration number to check your ballot result.
After you submit your details, you will get your plot details in the results row given under the form.
The revised official map of H block is yet to be officially unveiled, so you can just check your plot & street number on the results’ page at present. The H block Map is likely to be released soon, and we will share the same as soon as unveiled by Rudn Enclave.
