The management of New Metro City Lahore (BSM Developers) has officially launched the allotment process for the Ravi Ratan Block, effective from November 20, 2025. Under this new directive, the society has introduced a “Self-Selection” policy for plot numbers.
The core mechanism of this policy is “First Come, First Served.” Members are no longer required to wait for a randomized ballot to receive a plot number. Instead, the management has empowered members to choose their preferred plot location directly upon the clearance of their outstanding dues.
This window for preferential allotment is open until December 12, 2025.
Advice to Members
Given that the deadline is strictly set for December 12, 2025, we strongly advise all Ravi Ratan Block members to take immediate action.
- Act Urgently: You have very limited time remaining to capitalize on this offer.
- Secure Prime Locations: This is a rare opportunity to avoid random allocation. By clearing your dues now, you can secure corner plots, park-facing locations, or main boulevard plots before they are taken by others.
- Avoid Delays: Waiting until the last day may result in processing delays or the loss of your preferred plot number to another member who paid earlier.
