According to the official advertisement, the society has decided to reduce the existing plot sizes due to the continuous rise in land prices and current market situations. To accommodate the affected members, Margalla Gardens is offering the following adjustment options:
- Adjustment against 30×60 residential plots.
- Adjustment in apartments.
- Plot adjustments through affiliation with adjacent housing societies.
Mandatory Biometrics for New Allotment Letters
The society is now issuing fresh allotment letters under its new name, Margalla Gardens. To ensure transparency and secure legal ownership, the management has made the biometric verification of the original allottee mandatory. The official notice clearly states that no new allotment letters will be issued without the physical presence and biometric verification of the original owner.

All existing members are directed to visit the society office along with their original documents within 7 days of the advertisement’s publication to process their plot adjustments and biometrics.
