According to the latest news, heavy machinery has been deployed at the site of New Metro City Gujar Khan, and officials say that the New Metro City groundbreaking ceremony will be held soon.
New Metro City has succeeded in becoming the top-trending housing society of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Gujar Khan in just a matter of time. It is a new housing scheme in the Gujar Khan Region of Rawalpindi District and second project of BSM Developers with the same name, New Metro City is also operating in Sarai Alamgir and is now launched in Gujar Khan.

According to an update shared by the society on their social media page, the groundbreaking of sector 1 will be held soon, and block A will be the first block to be developed, as its balloting will be held in august and society will hand over the possession after 5 to 6 months of the Early Bird Balloting. New Metro City is showing tremendous progress despite being a new project. Furthermore, the society has also submitted the documents and processing fee to Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) for obtaining the LOP which will be granted after review by the authority.
