Faisalabad Development Authority has published an advertisement regarding auction of commercial shops in main commercial hub of Faisalabad. FDA has addressed property investors to join in the open auction to avail this profitable investment opportunity.
According to the advertisement, FDA is building a commercial plaza “Gulistan Plaza” at the most prime location at Millat Chowk, Gulistan Colony no.2, Near Aisha Masjid on Main Road. The plaza is being built over an area of 57 Marlas of Land, (approx 2.85 kanal) and it is facing wide roads on 3 sides.
FDA has completed about 20% of construction work on the plaza, and it is currently offering 16 shops of Gulistan Plaza through public auction.
The bidders must submit security deposit in the name of FDA before the auction day. The auction will be held near Aisha Masjid Gulistan Colony on 14th February 2018. The successful bidders will have to submit 20% amount within 30 days of auction, while remaining amount will be payable through 6 equal quarterly installments. Possession of shops will be given after full payment/construction of plaza.
