Blue World City has come up with a limited-time attractive offer for those members of Awami Block who are looking to get early possessions. The society has announced relocation to early possession area of Awami Block to those members who clear their land cost and development charges by 30th June 2025.
The offer also comes with a flat 20% discount on development charges of Awami Block valid for this period only, so those members who are willing to pay off their 100% land cost and development charges within the given deadline will be eligible for relocation and early possession of their plots.
The discounted development charges are as follows:
- 3.5 Marla: 1.5 Lac Per Marla = 525,000/- PKR
- 4.5 Marla: 1.5 Lac Per Marla = 675,000/- PKR
