Anabia Residency Karachi

Anabia Residency is a new residential scheme in District Malir, Karachi. The project is sponsored by Anabia Builders, and it offers low cost apartments and town houses at affordable prices with a flexible payment plan. Development work on the project has started already, while bookings are available on first come first served basis.

Karachi is the largest cosmopolitan city of Pakistan with a population of over 30 million. Project Location

Anabia Residency is planned on Gadap Road near Wild Venture Water Park. It lies at about 7 KM from Super Highway and Baqai Medical University, and about 10 KM from M-9 Toll Plaza. Its distance from Bahria Town Karachi is about 17 KM via M-9.

Development Progress

The pre-launch of Anabia Residency started in mid February at Expo Center, Karachi, and the earth breaking of single storey model villa was carried out on 19th of February, 2020.

The development work on the project and construction of model villa is currently going on side by side. The developer aims to complete the model villa before the official launch of the project, so that people can witness the quality of construction and finishing of villas.

Prices and Payment Schedule

Anabia Residency Villas and Apartments are currently available for booking at pre-launch prices. Bookings start from about 10% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 3 years through monthly or quarterly installments plan.
