University Town Islamabad has announced possession of plots in its B and D blocks on 4th August 2015. This announcement is made through advertisements published on 3rd and 4th of August in leading newspapers.
University Town is located at the junction of Motorway M-2 and Kashmir Highway. It lies close to new Islamabad International Airport near Sectors I-17 and H-17 of Islamabad master plan. Possession in Block A had been given already and now Block B and D have also been given possessions.
University Town has all basic facilities like water, electricity, gas and security available. Allottees can construct their houses and commercial projects right away, and the society is offering incentive of 1 to 2 lac rupees to first 10 houses of each category.
Development work is going on rapidly in blocks C, E and F and possessions in these blocks will be announced soon. The society has directed plot owners to clear their due payments by 15th August 2015.
