Top City-1 management has rolled out a public notice announcing the revised transfer fee structure for its residential plots, commercial plots and farm houses. The revised transfer fees will be applicable from 1st June 2016.
Earlier, the transfer fee of Top City-1 plots was quite nominal i.e. 5000 for 5m, 11000 for 10m and 16000 for 1 kanal, however after the current rise in market of Top City-1 and large number of buying and transfers per day, they might have decided to revise the transfer fee & opening fee.
The revised transfer fee & Opening fee schedule is attached below:
Note: Family transfers will be eligible to 50% waiver on the given transfer fees for all sizes and types.
