Rudn Enclave Housing Society has issued an important notice regarding the allocation of plots in Sector A of the Executive Block. This notice can be considered both an opportunity and a warning for existing members of Rudn Enclave Executive Block.
It serves as a warning for existing members of Sector A to pay off their land cost and development charges within the given deadline, or they will be shifted to Blocks C and D. Similarly, it is an opportunity for members of Blocks B, C, and D to clear their land cost and development charges by the given date in order to shift their plots to Executive Sector A and receive early possession.
Rudn Enclave has successfully developed an adequate part of the Executive Sectors East and West, where possessions are being handed over to the members. The society has now begun development work in Sector A and promises early possession to eligible members.
The deadline to pay off the land cost and development charges is December 05, 2024. Members must clear their payments by the given date to retain or shift their plots to Sector A. Failing which, the plots will be shifted to Sectors C and D, where possessions will be given by 2026-2027.
Members who do not want to shift their plots to Sector A can continue with their existing payment plans and keep their plots in Sectors B, C, and D, where possessions will take a couple of years.
