Rawalpindi Development Authority has updated its website with fresh list of legal/approved housing projects falling within its jurisdiction. The authority encourages property buyers to invest only in the approved housing projects in order to avoid severe financial losses.
RDA has named few illegal/unapproved housing projects lying on Chakri Road, which is currently the hottest area for low cost property investments. Most of the projects on this road are illegal, therefore RDA has informed general public not to invest in the given illegal housing projects.
Following is the list of allegedly illegal housing projects on Chakri Road, Rawalpindi:
- Blue World City
- Abdullah City
- Khanial Homes
- Blue Hills
- Al-Makkah City
- The Regent Farm
- CBR Residencia
It is important to take extra care before investing in the given housing projects, as RDA has warned general public to invest in these projects at their own risk. It is better to check exact status of a project from relevant government authorities in order to avoid untoward consequences.
The sponsors of the given illegal housing schemes have also been directed to contact RDA in order to obtain approval of their projects. In case of non-compliance, RDA will take strict legal action against such schemes.
