A lot of people are talking about DHA Phase 6 because machinery and road work has picked up recently. I want to know if buying a plot here now is a smart move for 2026 or if prices are already too high.
DHA Phase 6 is not a quick flip market in my view. It is more of a 3 to 5 year investment. The good thing is that it is the natural extension of premium DHA Phase 5, so the location logic is already strong. Development is happening, activity is gradually improving, and once the head office shift toward the Phase 5 side fully reflects on the area, confidence in this belt should improve even more.
Another positive factor is the Daducha Dam and Marina side attraction, which adds long-term pull to the area. That said, DHA still needs to speed up development here. So my view is balanced: it is worth investing in, but with patience. If someone is expecting immediate sharp gains, this may feel slow. If someone can hold for a few years, DHA Phase 6 still looks like a good long-term bet.
