​Is the development pace in the newly launched DHA Phase 4 Sector D actually on track for 2027 possession?

I visited DHA Phase 4 last week. While Sector A, B, and C are fully developed, the Sector D area (launched last year) still looks very raw compared to the heavy premiums being asked.
​Dealers are claiming ‘fast-track development’, but I only saw minimal earthwork. For those who understand DHA engineering, is the ‘2-year possession’ promise for Sector D realistic, or is this another long-term hold? I don’t want to get stuck in a file if the machinery isn’t moving.
