Why is a possession plot in DHA Phase 3 (Serene City) cheaper than a file in DHA Phase 4 Sector D?
I am confused by the market rates. DHA Phase 3 (ex-Serene City) has developed roads, possession, and has easy access from GT road near Giga Mall. DHA Phase 4 Sector D is non-developed right now and located next to the soan river.
Yet, the prices for Phase 4 Sector D are higher. Is there a land issue or a ‘hidden flaw’ in Phase 3 Serene City that keeps investors away? I am looking to build immediately, so should I take the ‘undervalued’ Phase 3 plot, or is Phase 4 Sector D the only one that is a better option for investment and future residence?
