How can we invest in FGEHA Sectors G-12 and F-12 Islamabad?

Sectors F-12 and G-12 are highly attractive locations in Islamabad but these areas are highly populated , especially Sector G-12 which is commonly known as mehar abadi. How FGEHA is going to vacate these lands and how can we have the opportunity to invest in these premium sectors? Will it be a safe investment option? We heard that FGEHA is going to advertise again regarding the memberships of these sectors & FWO/NLC are likley joining in the development of these sectors. Is this an opportunity worth considering given the current settlements in these sectors?
