Margalla Enclave vs Margalla Orchards: Which is the Best Investment Option in Islamabad?

As you know that both schemes are joint ventures of DHA and both are under development. Dha margalla enclave is too expensive but more hyped and offers installment plans, whereas DHA Margalla Orchards is comparatively cheap but available on lumpsum payment.
I want to buy a 10 marla plot for investment in any of these schemes but i am puzzled at which one to choose so that my investment is safe, fruitful and it can sell whenever i need to liquidate. I need your guidance and assessment regarding these two options and what do you recommend for investment at this stage?
