Park View City Islamabad has announced the policy to waive off late payment surcharge on all residential and commercial plots. As most of the investors do not pay their due installments on time, and they sell their files with just 1 or 2 paid installment while their due installments are 4 or 5. The society will levy surcharge as per their terms after the given deadline.
According to the policy, Park View City Islamabad will waiver off late payment charges if a members pays off his due installments by 31st July 2019. In case of block A and B, the last date to avail surcharge waiver is 20th of July 2019.
